The Challenge
Users struggled with accessing and understanding their health insurance information. They had no convenient way to view their current insurance balance, determine which services were covered, or check what was excluded. Additionally, booking doctor appointments was a complex process, requiring users to navigate multiple systems or contact service providers manually.

Create a simple solution that allows accessing health insurance information and medical services.
The Solution
We designed a simple yet effective app that:
- Displays insurance details: Provides users with clear, information about their insurance balance.
- Lists covered services: Makes it easy to check which services are reimbursed and which are not.
- Enables appointment booking: Offers an easy method for booking doctor appointments directly within the app.
The design prioritized simplicity and clarity, ensuring users could accomplish their tasks quickly without confusion.
The Results

Techniques
Interaction design
Created simple, intuitive user flows. Ensured that health insurance information, services, and booking options were easy to find and understand. Created an interactive prototype to visualize and test the app functionality.
UI Design
Designed a clean, user-centric interface (icons and illustrations were provided by the client to maintain brand consistency).
